What do you do with a neglected, old horse barn?  You turn it into a ManCave, of course!

My client wanted to have a private home office that also doubled as a place to entertain family and friends.  The original structure had two horse stalls and two tac rooms.  The transformation now includes a wide open space that incorporates a home office area, a media center with theater seating, a game table, a lounge, a full wet bar, a powder room and a storage closet.  The style is chic and masculine, with a hint of rustic, and features the client’s sports memorabilia.

Environmentally friendly materials used in this project include, FSC lumber for custom cabinetry, cladding and furniture frames, locally made custom cabinetry, low-VOC paint, GreenGuard certified flooring and window treatments, low-flow faucets, tankless water heater  and energy efficient lighting fixtures.
