Barcelona Place Residence, Newbury Park
This vibrant young family wanted a home that was kid and pet friendly while still reflecting the farmhouse/California Casual feel they love. We achieved that by replacing all the existing downstairs flooring with GreenGuard, toxin free LVPT flooring, low-VOC paint and and adding some FSC wood pieces that really helped accent the space and provide needed storage and display options. The result is a warm and inviting space this family can love for years to come.
